[Sixtoo blasting the new shit last Thursday @ Saphir]

So, as you can see on the frontpage, a new Sixtoo LP is planned for a fall release. I played out a live set last week which was comprised of the final material. It is an all edit-based record, recorded and compiled in a semi-mixtape form, from both board recordings and a few short studio sessions. There are no 'guests' on the record. There are some performances that include my good freind Hadji Bakara (aka Oxytalkin' of Megasoid) and some other improvisational material between myself and Jef Neve (a brilliant european piano player who I performed with at the opening of the TRIX venue in Antwerp). The artwork and title should be finalized by the weekend, but it will most likely be called "Jackals and Vipers in Envy of Man". It is much tougher and slightly more uptempo than any of the other records that I have recorded, but is pretty much what you would expect if you have seen / heard any of my live performances in various citys in the last year. In any instance, I feel really confident about it. The process of doing an edit record has pushed me into some new directions. It is complicated in its minimalism, and sounds like Sixtoo. If by some chance there is a single for the record, it will most likely be a collab of some sort, and will most likely be a vinyl-only 10 or 12 inch (maybe digital only?). This record is not a single-based record. [Fall, NinjaTune]

Some other things that I completed in the last couple weeks:
Joey Beats artwork layout and mastering for new his 7", CD, and LP (all shipping very soon!) [Bully Records]
D-Styles artwork deisgn and mastering for his new 7" (shipping this week) [Bully Records]
Matth 7" mastered, artwork this week. [Bully Records]
DJ Signify should be delivering his next full length in the next couple weeks, it is set for a fall release. [Bully Records]

Damn I wanted to say exactly what ian says there,
except "As I've said a million times b4 come back to Toronto soon. EZ" since I don't live in Toronto…

Just dropping a line to say hi than, and looking forward to fall…suddenly…for some reason…

K.Marx!
